I’ve battled the shadows of mental health, facing down demons that tried to take me out. I’ve been in the trenches, attempting to take my own life more times than I can count. But guess what? I found my sanctuary—the gym. That’s where I transformed pain into power, and I’m here to tell you that if I can do it then you can to!

The gym became my battlefield

A fierce sanctuary that welcomed me with open arms. It didn’t matter how often I stumbled it didn’t care how I felt or how much pain I was in mentally or physically; the iron plates and the echoing beats called me back to rise again pushing me to push past my limits and brake the limitations I put on myself both mentally and physically. And trust me, if I can get up every single time, so can you if you get knocked down 100 times you get up 101 times, at any cost you get up if you scream craw grapple and pull yourself up with everything you have you get the f**k up! Fitness is not just a journey; it’s a ruthless quest for greatness. It’s a journey off pain suffering entwined and and entangled in self leading and teachings you become your own pupil and your own master.! When you put in the work, you unleash your inner beast.
